The intention of this retreat is to help you reconnect to yourself and find inner stability. At the beginning of your stay you will set an intention which will help you to decide on what you want to focus on during this journey with us.

The aim of this 7days retreat is to turn your focus inward and experience mother nature in

a unique way.

The four elements

Earth: represents grounding, the foundation of life, substance, connection to life path, and family roots.

Water: represents emotional release, intuition, & inner reflection

Air: represents intellect, mental intention, and connection to universal life.

Fire: represents energy, a tool for transformation, connection to personal power, and inner strength

Our Tools.

Yoga: Our Yoga classes are a combination of Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Flow. The Yoga session will be designed accordingly so that you can reconnect with your true self.

Pilates & Breath Work: We will lay our focus more on the Pelvic Floor. Releasing tension and strengthen of the pelvic muscles.

 

Afro Dance: African Dance is meditation. When you dance you have a total control over your mind and body and there is a connection between your body to earth. During dancing our body produces happy hormones (Serotonin) which gives us joy and peace.

Retreat Highlights

7 nights all inclusive (Accommodation, Breakfast & Dinner and Airport Transfer) Water, homemade juice and tea

Sports Activities daily: Yoga, Pilates, Afro Dance, Meditation and Breath Work

8:00 to 9:30 am Yoga or Pilates (beginners to advance) 9:45 Breakfast

Dinner (we set the time together depending on our daily activity)

Day1

8:00 am to 9.30 am - Yin Yoga and Breath Work

9:45 am Breakfast

After Breakfast relax, getting use to African Sun,

4 pm to7 pm Relax yoga at the Beach, watching the Sunset Dinner

Meditation (Yoga Nidra: A Journey through your body)

Day2

8:00 am to 9.30 am – Yogilates (yoga pilates fusion)

9:45 am Breakfast

After Breakfast visit to the Crocodile Park (Kachikally)

4 pm to7 pm Pilates and Aqua Fitness at the Beach under the African Sunset Dinner

Meditation (Chakra Healing: Activing the 7 Energy points of your body)

Day 3 & 4

8:00 am to 9.30 am - Yin Yoga and Breath Work

9:45 am Breakfast

After Breakfast the day is yours to plan with my help

6 pm to7 pm Afro Dance on the beach under the African Sunset

  

Dinner

Meditation (Yoga Nidra: A Journey through your body)

Day5

8:00 am to 9.30 am - Intensive Yoga and Breath Work

9:45 am Breakfast

After Breakfast, a visit to Tanji fishing Village and preparation of the African Cooking Session 4 pm to7 pm Afro Dance; Pilates & other games at the beach

Dinner

Meditation (Chakra Healing: Activing the 7 Energy points of your body)

Day 6 & 7

8:00 am to 9.30 am - Intensive Yoga and Breath Work

9:45 am Breakfast

After Breakfast the day is yours to plan with my help

5 pm to7 pm Aqua Fitness, Pilates & Meditation at the beach Dinner

Dinner will take place at different locations:

Mama Africa, Cameroonian Restaurant, and at the beach

Not included in Price are:

Flight ticket,

Healing Massages: Reflexology, Energy Massage, & Passive Yoga (from 30€)

Other site seeing like Kunta Kinteh Island, Bird Watching, Wassu Stone Circle site can be arranged...... You can extend your holiday if you want. Let me know in advance.
