The day pass applies to all rentals from 1 to 6 days, and includes:

·         200 km per day in the city of Douala;

·         400 km per day outside the city of Douala;

·         insurance;

·         the driver’s mission expenses in the city of Douala.

This package does not include:

·         fuel;

·         VAT.

General conditions:

·         Rental with driver

·         Any day started is due

·         Minimum deposit required: 50,000 FCFA (rental by an individual). Purchase order required (rental by a company).

·         VAT 19.25%

·         Road expenses (parking fees, road tolls, etc.) are at the customer’s expense (10% surcharge otherwise).

·         Fuel is not included in the rental rates. In the event that the client does not the vehicle with full tank of fuel, the additional fuel will be charges at the current rate plus 10%.

·         The rates offered are subject to special adjustments: this depends on the duration of the rental contract and/or the distance to be covered.

Driver working hours:

·         The working hours of the drivers are as follows:

·         From 7am to 8pm Monday to Friday

·         From 7am to 1pm on Saturdays

·         Outside these intervals, overtime is charged at FCFA 1,000/hour. Sundays and public holidays are counted and billed as overtime.
