Limbe, formerly called Victoria is a city located in the SouthWestern Region of Cameroon and lies along the Ambas Bay of the Golf of Guinea, at the southern foot of Mount Cameroon, just south of Buea. It was discovered by Alfred Saker of the British missionary in 1858 and has a suface area of 185km sq and a population of 72,106 inhabitants.
