1. Full Job Description – Executive Professional Bus Hostess
LOCATION: The Gambia
SUMMARY:
The Tariyaa Travel bus will provide executive transportation for individuals/teams arriving at the airport or from hotels. The employee should be able to direct guests to appropriate sections, and attend to their inquiries appropriately.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Immediately upon the guests’ arrival, make eye contact and greet customers in a friendly manner.
- Seat guests and make sure they’re comfortable.
- Answer guest inquiries.
- Maintain a reservation list as appropriate.
- Answer telephone and assist callers.
- Bus, clean, and set tables as needed.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
- Must be between 19 to 30 years of age.
- Six months’ previous front of house customer service experience required.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Must have a thorough understanding of the job role and section seating flow.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Must work well in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills required.
- Strong organization and presentation skills preferred.
- Basic problem solving and prioritizing skills preferred.

2. Full Job Description – Executive Professional Bus Driver
LOCATION: The Gambia
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Driving the company’s luxury bus to and from Airport to Hotels.
- Driving the company’s luxury bus for Tours and Events.
- Driving the Managing Director occasionally.
- Attending to other staff driving request.
- Any other task that may be assign by the Management.
- Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable.
- Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Should possess a valid driver’s license.
- Strong driving record.
- Good verbal and writing communication skills.
- Basic car maintenance knowledge
- Should have good knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods around The Gambia.
- A polite and professional disposition is a necessary requirement.
- Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations especially during peak periods.
- Respect and greet customers in a professional but friendly manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
- Must be between 25 to 55 years of age.
- An SSCE/Diploma.
- Proven experience of 2 or more years as a Driver is required.
