These terms and conditions (‘terms of service’ or ‘terms’) apply to all types of services tariyaatravel.com ("tariyaatravel.com", "we", "us", "our" or "ours") offer, both direct or indirect. The terms "you", "your", "yourself", "yours" and "customer" refer to the individual person, or corporation who subscribes to our newsletters and offers, creates an account with us or makes a booking (whether complete/incomplete, successful/unsuccessful) through this website.
The terms "Vendor", "Final Party", "Host", "Service Provider" and "Accommodation Provider" refer to the tours, cars, attractions/events, flight, and hotel (not limited to organizations that go by 'hotel' only, but also applies to 'motels', 'inns', 'apartments', 'suites', ‘villas’, ‘spaces’, ‘offices’, and 'estates') that is advertised on tariyaatravel.com regardless of whether a signed deal between us and them exists or does not. These Terms and Conditions may be revised and changed from time to time, so you are advised not to be acquainted of them at any time, but to review them each time you use our Services. Services (direct and indirect) apply to everything provided online, via mobile devices and computers from all platforms, by email, telephone, post, or through direct contact with our employees. You confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the Terms and Conditions (as well as our Privacy Policy) if you use our Services in any way, including but not limited to browsing this website, rating or reviewing hotels, commenting on reviews or booking an accommodation.
Legal use
Your use of our Services will ensure that you do not use this website illegally or any content and materials we make available through other means relating to you or with end parties on your behalf.

• To Involve in any actions that violate any national or international laws.
• To promote contents or actions that attempt to harm minors.
• To intentionally transfer any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses or other malicious programs intended to affect the operation of any computer.
• To spread or involve in spreading unsolicited or deceitful promotional contents.
Our Service Scope
Tariyaatravel.com provides temporary accommodation of all types, which include event villas, motels, hotels, short-let apartments, office spaces etc. We also provide car rental services, Tours, flight booking, and event booking. These services are provided on the website through which you can book for your chosen service. By placing a reservation through us, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the direct service provider (hotels and the likes) with which your reservation is made to. Right after your reservation is placed, Tariyaatravel.com acts simply as a mediator between you and the service provider.
Tariyaatravel.com provides temporary accommodation of all types, which include event halls, motels, hotels, apartments, etc. The provision of these services are found on the website through which you can book for your chosen service. By booking a reservation through our website, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the direct service provider (hotel and the likes) with which your reservation is made to. Immediately after your reservation is booked, Tariyaatravel.com acts simply as a mediator between you and the vendor.
We will forward the information you have provided towards placing a reservation unto the vendor and relay confirmation messages, follow ups, and invoices back to you via SMS, and/or email for and on their behalf. The service providers are responsible for updating their accounts with Tariyaatravel.com on their current status, therefore the accuracy of information provided on the website is exclusive theirs. Even though we aim to provide information about final parties which are as correct as possible, we will not confirm, neither are we going to guarantee that they are totally complete or accurate.
We automatically recommend other services on our website while viewing a service, you should understand that this is done by the website algorithm and they cannot be taken as an assurance from us. We will only offer suggestions based on criteria you provided while searching on the website, but choices made by you are entirely your decision and any disappointments that is met cannot amount to a liability that we would bear.
Our Booking Terms
When booking for a service, you agree to pay all fees for your booking including the listing price, service fees, and any other applicable fees identified during checkout (collectively, “Total Price”). In your booking confirmation mail, a contract for Vendor Services is formed directly between you and the vendor as explained in “Our Service Scope.” In addition to these Terms, you will be subject to, and responsible for complying with, all terms of the Service, including without limitation, the payment clause, the cancellation policy and any other rules, standards, policies, or requirements identified in the Listing or during checkout that apply to the Service.
It is your responsibility to read and understand these rules, regulations, guidelines and conditions before booking a reservation. Kindly note that some hosts work with co-hosts, or as part of a team to provide their booking services.
A Service reservation is a limited permit to enter, occupy, and use the Service. The Vendor reserves the right to re-enter the Accommodation/Hotel during your stay, on these unlimited conditions:
(i) It appears necessary
(ii) Your contract with the vendor permits it
(iii) Dependent with relevant law
If you overstay the checkout time in case, the Vendor has the right to make you leave in a manner consistent with applicable law, including by enforcing reasonable overstay penalties. You may not exceed the maximum number of allowed Guests for your reservation.
Guests and Vendors are responsible for any booking revisions the website, or by our customer support on behalf of the vendor and guest. Additional fees, charges, or taxes applies in this case.
You are liable for your own actions and oversights, and also liable for the actions and oversights of anyone you request to join or provide access to Accommodations, Experiences or other Services. This means, for example:
(i) You are answerable for checking out of the Accommodation or Services (and associated personal property) in the condition as it was on your arrival.
(ii) You are responsible for paying sensible claims for damages, which are necessary to cover damage to incurred by you, your invited guests, or your pets.
(iii) You must act with integrity, treat others with respect and comply with applicable laws at all times. If you request for reservations for additional guests who are minors, or invites a minor with you to the Host Service, you must have legal authority to act on behalf of the minor, and you are entirely accountable for the supervision of the minor.
Car Rental Terms and Conditions
This contract (the “Car Rental Terms and Conditions”) is onerous and contains no strict responsibility or liability clauses. These Car Rental Terms should be read very carefully and anything you don't understand or you misunderstand should be discussed with a Car Rental Advisor BEFORE agreeing to these Terms.
Please note that you are accountable for all charges and fees. We strongly advise that you inspect the car carefully with a representative from the rental agency, and ensure that any damage, or faults are recorded and signed.
Please note that the Car Rental Terms and Conditions are solely a contract between the car rental company and the customer, in no way should Tariyaa Travel be held responsible for any anomalies. Any customer objections under the car rental terms and conditions are directed against the car rental company solely.
Cancellation, refunds and no-show policy
Cancellation policies are two sides of a coin. By booking through tariyaatravel.com, you accept both the cancellation and no-show terms of the service provider and ours. Tariyaatravel.com will give “full refund” of the service amount paid but not yet transferred to the service provider. Please note that whereas other charges like cleaning fee, driver fee, etc... are refundable, the service fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Refunds that have been paid to the service provider will be subject to a cancellation/no show fee, and our delivery/service fee will also be deducted. If you pay directly to the service provider, tariyaatravel.com is not responsible or entitled to refund payments of this type as well as payments made before you arrive at the location. Any refunds from us will only be made at the request of the service provider, and is in no way our obligation.
Service providers can only charge a cancellation fee for payments that have been received by them and are fully responsible for payments made directly by the customer on arrival or electronically. Tariyaatravel.com is not liable for delays or non-payments by customers to service providers. Consequently, we advise all service providers whether on a signed contract with us or not, to ensure they provide an alternative way to receive remote payments, preferably in the form of a bank account.
Further Correspondence
We will send a confirmation of receipt of reservation immediately after your booking on our website, and also send subsequent emails and/or SMS to keep you updated on the booking progress. You will most likely confirm your booking over the phone and advise us on how you intend to make payment, if you have not already done so (Please note that some service providers either do not reserve their spaces or cannot guaranty the availability of your desired service without prepayment).
We will keep communicating with you from the day you make your reservation on our website, up to your checkout date and after to confirm you had a satisfying experience. We also welcome your reviews on the services you used.
